Returns

Thank you so much for choosing Sunny’s Boutique to dress your littles. We want you to love your purchases but understand that sometimes something might not work. Please review these instructions to assist with your return and the associated rules and exclusions. We are a small business with limited runs of our exclusive styles so we have to keep things moving quickly.

We accept returns for store credit only. Requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery via email, once approved, must be placed in the mail within 5 days. Late returns will not be accepted. Items must be unwashed, unworn and new with tags. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Store credit must be used within 90 days of issue.

Exclusions - Hair accessories, socks, tights, bloomers, face masks, sunglasses, goggles, gift cards and all personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Additionally, Final Sale items and seasonal items outside of the return window below are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Use of this label is required to return your order. A return shipping/restocking fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund upon receipt in our warehouse. Please retain tracking information for all shipments.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a new size or color via email at sunnysboutique25@gmail.com. You will also receive a shipping label to send back your item for exchange via email. Please mail back items as soon as possible. Once item is received, your new item will be sent out. 

Damages

Damages and incorrect shipments must be reported within 3 days of delivery or will not be eligible for return to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued for any damage return requests initiated between 4-10 days after delivery. No returns of any kind will be accepted 11+ days after delivery
